THE CAREER TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME
Phase 1 — Establish your Outcome [2 sessions]
We start by visualising where you’d like to take your career next, identifying your strongest assets, and extracting key aspects of your experience and expertise. Maybe your next desired role is that of a Director/Managing Director, where you lead and shape key initiatives aligned with the organisation’s growth strategy and vision.
Through a personalised assessment, you’ll discover what your ideal profile would look like, sound like, and feel like and see how your innate leadership skills and personality traits could elevate your profile, provide meaning and purpose, and translate into a higher income.

In this phase, we will dig deep into what’s been holding you back from going for your desired role. This could include the ability to cope with fast-paced changes or complexity, or even generate the right state of mind for a given situation. Or result in longer days, more travel, and time away from your family or other passions?

Phase 3 — Design Your Success Pathway [3 sessions]
We then design and build a structured and bespoke plan to help you achieve your goal. Imagine a role where you are energised by the added responsibility, surrounded by trusted colleagues, respected for your ideas and abilities as a capable leader throughout the organisation.

Accordingly, we shall include in your plan the steps to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours you need. We will also lay out how you can build a trusted stakeholder network and generate the influence required to prove why you are the best candidate for the role you desire.

This phase will be key to ensure you have a personalised pathway with clear milestones and checkpoints so you know you are on track at every stage.
Phase 4 — Activate Your Progression [4 sessions]
In this final phase we will review your progression plan, involving key stakeholders as necessary, to gain clarity and secure agreement on the metrics and evidence required to justify your business case for advancement. How you would satisfy the competencies required for your desired role, know who to influence and how to influence them, and ensure your performance and contributions are aligned with your own aspirations, that of your role and the wider organisation.
