How does my unique journey lend itself to your development?
I am a passionate coach and advisor to career professionals who are keen to maximise their potential and find fulfilment in their professional journey.

That clichéd 'glass ceiling' in an organisation - I've been there before - where you tend to feel under-appreciated and frustrated in your role, and you can't seem to see any 'light at the end of the career tunnel'!
I decided that I would find a way through - I wanted to be recognised as a capable leader, energised by the added responsibility, surrounded by trusted colleagues and respected for my ideas.

It took a moment to realise that I needed to work on multiple 'systems' - every element that impacted every other aspect of my career. I leveraged my strongest areas of expertise, identified my key stakeholders and forged strong relationships with them. This allowed me to discover the 'wins' of not just my immediate leadership and teams, but also explore what was important to the organisation and the wider industry I was a part of.
I used these multiple perspectives, and an in-depth self-assessment exercise, to design a holistic development plan to maximise my potential as a valued and trusted leader. This eventually helped me gain an elevated profile, a sense of fulfilment and more influence within and beyond the organisation across several roles.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with over a 1000 hours of coaching experience, I pride myself in enabling transformation for ambitious executives desiring greater joy and freedom in their professional lives through my 'Career Transformation' programme.
